30-Day Return Window

You may return your item within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The belt received does not match the description on our website.

  • The belt has manufacturing defects or inaccuracies.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The belt must be unused and in its original condition.

  • All accessories, packaging, and tags must be intact.

  • You must provide photos showing the issue before the return is approved.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom-designed or personalized belts (unless there is a manufacturing defect)

  • Belts are damaged due to misuse


Refunds

Once your returned item has been inspected and approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the return is due to a mistake on our part (such as an incorrect item or a mismatch from the description), shipping fees may be covered by us.


Exchanges

If you would like a different belt or design, please contact us. We will gladly assist with an exchange.
